Our Team
Sandy Vastola
Dynamic marketing and communications professional with more than 20 years of marketing, media relations, social media, crisis communications, branding, web management and broadcast journalism experience. Graduate of the Customer Experience Executive Academy, Sandy revitalized the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Departments (CMPD) media communications department and developed a Customer Experience training program specific to law enforcement, which was successfully implemented into CMPD.
Jason D'Elosua
West Point and UNC MBA graduate, Jason is a combat veteran who served two tours in Afghanistan as an Infantry Officer in the US Army. A former Ranger, Captain and Company Commander, Jason's decorations include two Bronze Star Medals and two Meritorious Service Medals. Jason's military experience includes training law enforcement foreign partners (Afghan National Police) and domestic agencies (US Capitol Police). After transitioning into technology operations at Bank of America, Jason led a globally based team to support customer engagement and relations for clients using a complex technology infrastructure.
